A two year old toddler, even if he simply got up/unzipped the tent and walked away in the dark?..
Would have eventually started crying when he realized he was all alone and it was too dark to see much if anything..
The family and non familial campers who helped look for him in the dark as well as the searchers arriving a short time later would certainly have heard him crying for his mother as any baby that age would have done.
If he fell into the creek and drowned, it's very likely his poor little body would have been recovered within the first two days somewhere downstream considering the grid-type search/ground teams and air search out to five-plus miles radius.
This little boy was undoubtedly either snatched by someone at the Beaver Creek site or his custodial mother is involved in his disappearance.
No other possibility in my mind exists unless the search teams have done a poor job and simply missed him the first time around.
Yet, some undisclosed locations have been searched multiple times..

| Do you believe the Kyron Horman and Syler Newton cases are connected?Maybe taken by someone who is an avid camper or fisherman. There is a missing person from Portland that LE is searching for, but he has only been missing since July 12th. |

Terri Horman's attorney cites intense media, police scrutiny for delay in divorce proceedings
Published: Wednesday, July 28, 2010, 4:14 PM Updated: Wednesday, July 28, 2010, 5:00 PM
The divorce attorney for Terri Moulton Horman has filed a motion to delay divorce proceedings from Kaine Horman, citing intense media and police scrutiny of his client.
Attorney Peter Bunch filed the petition today in Multnomah County Circuit Court.
Bunch states that the controversy surrounding Horman, "the center" of the criminal investigation into the disappearance last month of 7-year-old Kyron Horman, makes it "virtually impossible for me to proceed with divorce-related issues as I would ordinarily do."
Bunch also contends that Kaine Horman "grossly misstated" the amount of money paid to Terri Horman's criminal attorney, Stephen Houze.
Kaine Horman's attorney, Laura Rackner, filed papers earlier this week saying that Terri Horman paid $350,000 to Houze.
Bunch contends in the motion to hold the divorce in abatement, that Terri Horman "did not borrow the money to pay for Mr. Houze's attorney fees, the money to not come from her funds, and she's not asserting that her attorney fees with Mr. Houze are any sort of marital debt."
Bunch also questions Kaine Horman's inability to pay his legal fees, saying that he is employed at Intel with a good salary and that he has sufficient savings to pay for the divorce.

Does anyone have a link to the blueprints of said school?
My neighbor, who has been convinced from the beginning, that Kyron Horman is in the school, said that there are many false celings and other places where a person can be hidden.
She will be there next week, is going to view the area, see if there any empty wells near that school.

Time to open that wallet, Kaine Harmon, and get used to paying.
You are one half of a legal entity called marriage and this means that, as you are the one with a job and an income, you get to fulfll your end of the bargain.
Your wife is unemployed, probably cannot get a job anyhere, whereas you have a job and an income, and SHE did the more important job: Raisng your child.
By the by, should Mrs. Horman become ill and require medical care, today, guess who pays: You pay. |

To the Hitman
Still waiting for the Landscaper/Hitman to emerge, and to identify himself.
I tis now seven months gone by since Terri Horman allegedly asked him
to join her in a contract killing.
Given that she is now in Roseburg, Oregon, and has no money and no job, obviously she is not a threat, in that every move she makes is watched. The husband is out of her life, so he's not in so much danger from her, if ever he was in danger. Yes, I am very skeptical about that claim.
Be a man about it, Mr. Landscaper. You failed to report this to the Portland Police in December 2009, when the Alleged Hit was still fresh, and could have been proven.
You knew, supposedly, that someone was willing to murder Kaine Horman, and you waited until July 2010 to telll your story.
Never mind that there was a snow storm in this area,
and that most landscapers head for California, that is, they go where they can find paying jobs, and that not too many people in ths area have any need for landscaping in winter.
You are safe, Mr. Landscaper. You are a coward, but if you are telling the truth, why not identify yourself, even if it means moving to another state temporarily?
What I want to know: Why did you wait?
[/u]And how could you not go to the police, knowing that a man's life was in mortal danger? |

WRONG. Once a legal seperation has been filled that changes legal obligation for depts incurred after that date. That is the purpose for filing it legally and not just living in seperate households.
I cant believe anyone thinks I am the one being an ass on this thread.
I wish Terri Hormans fans would take their venom elsewhere.
Talk about wicked and unjustified hate. _________________ Pearls of Wisdom.... Never, ever, ever take a sleeping pill and a laxitive on the same night. |

I diid watch the video of Kaine and Desiree. I could hear both of their voices cracking. They both look stressed to the hilt. _________________ Pearls of Wisdom.... Never, ever, ever take a sleeping pill and a laxitive on the same night.
